BurstBucker Pro Pickups

One of the key factors in the classic Les Paul Standard tone in recent years is the pickups. These popular humbuckers (known as BurstBuckers) feature a characteristically sweet harmonic complexity and crystaline clarity, which has been further enhanced for the BurstBucker Pro.

The fatter, meatier sound of the BurstBucker Pro and Pro+ offers you more drive and attack than the originals, granting you that classic "Patent Applied For" tone with extra attitude, with added noise reduction to help keep things quiet even when using high gain settings. This is further enhanced by the 4 Push-Pull switches (housed in the Volume and Tone Pots) and DIP switch, which give you a vast array of tones/wiring options to play around with in the search for those elusive sweet spots.

Thanks to the powerful combination of a Mahogany body and carved maple AAA+ figured top, the Gibson Les Paul Standard HP not only puts out a gorgeous tone with bags of sustain, but also looks every bit the premium-grade instrument that it is.
