Inspired by the legendary J-180 that Stevens used to write many of his most beloved hits, this Gibson Acoustic Custom Shop model delivers incredible tone and playability levels to match its unique and brooding aesthetic.
Featuring the famed J-180 Jumbo body shape, crafted from Maple with an aged Spruce top piece, cutomised 60's-style neck carve, sound-hole mounted pickup, and even a custom Cat Steven's hardshell case, this premium-grade electro acoustic would make a prized centrepiece to any guitar-players collection.

- Exquisite Tonewood Selection - A soundbox crafted from only the finest of Materials - with Maple for the back and sides, and a Thermally Aged Sitka Spruce top piece - delivers the kind of sublime tone and percussive sound that became an essential component of Cat Steven's seminal albums.
- Premium Appointments - In addition to the instantly-recognisable oversized pickguard and fingerboard binding, this guitar sports Stevens' trademark Star fret markers, made from Graduated Mother of Pearl, along with a Star and Moon headstock inlay. In addition to this a set of Keystone Waffleback tuners offer accurate and stable tuning, ensuring you sound at your very best with each performance.
- LR Baggs Electronics - Thanks to a soundhole-mounted LR Baggs M1 stacked humbucker pickup - with a Volume control situated on the pickup itsself - you can perform via an amplifier or plug directly into a recording interface without the need to use an awkwardly-positioned microphone. These pickups are renowned for capturing and reproducing a pure acoustic sound without any unwanted hum or noise, whilst the built-in electronics eliminate the need for any external preamps when plugging directly into a P.A. system.
- Custom Case Included - To keep it safe between shows Gibson have included a Cat Stevens custom hardshell case, along with a Certificate of Authenticity, and a selection of patches, pins, and stickers inspired by the iconic artwork of Stevens himself.
