The Fender Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS in 3-Colour Sunburst captures the timeless look of a classic Strat while delivering modern performance and tonal flexibility. With updated electronics, a refined neck profile, and a stylish sunburst finish, this guitar is built for the demands of today’s players.
Traditional Aesthetics, Contemporary Versatility
This model features a familiar alder body finished in 3-Colour Sunburst with a striking 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard. The satin-finished maple neck with black dot inlays offers a fast, comfortable feel, while the maple fingerboard delivers a snappy, articulate response. A 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets allow smooth bends and clean chord work across the board.
The HSS configuration offers a Player II Modified humbucker in the bridge and noiseless single-coils in the middle and neck. A push/pull tone control coil-splits the humbucker for greater tonal variation. With a two-point synchronised tremolo bridge featuring block saddles and a chamfered trem block, you get expressive vibrato and excellent tuning stability.
