Custom 3-Piece Body
Fender Jazzmaster guitars have always been known for their distinctive, offset body that provides ergonomic comfort.
All of that great style remains in the form of a new, custom 3-piece body. Featuring a mahogany core and chambered ash wings, the Fender Spark-O-Matic Jazzmaster's body delivers beautiful warmth, sustain and resonance.
The incredible Jazzmaster body shape is showcased by a nitrocellulose lacquer finish in timeless 3-colour sunburst.
Smooth Playability
Attached to the body is a 25.5" scale maple neck. Providing you with beautifully smooth playability, the neck boasts a satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
A 9.5" radius rosewood fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets ensures effortless playing.
A bone is also in place, providing great sustain while imbuing your tone bright, "organic" character.
Full-Throttle Pickups
The engine that drives the voice of the Parallel Universe Spark-O-Matic Jazzmaster is a set of thtree calibrated, chrome-covered Seymour Duncan SM-1N and SM-3B mini-humbuckers.
Tightly tuned and incredibly punchy, these humbucking pickups deliver a wide range of powerful tones.
A 5-position blade allows you to select how you'd like to use the pickups with the following options:
- Position 1. Bridge Pickup
- Position 2. Bridge and Middle Pickup
- Position 3. Middle Pickup
- Position 4. Middle and Neck Pickup
- Position 5. Neck Pickup
Master Volume and Master Tone controls in the form of knurled dome knobs allow for further sound shaping.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the body, providing great intonation and sustain is an American Professional Jazzmaster bridge.
Further down, you'll find a classic offset vibrato tailpiece offering up smooth and expressive action for dynamic performances.
Up on the headstock of the Spark-O-Matic Jazzmaster, there are six Fender ClassicGear tuners.
Not only do these tuning machines provide great old-school cool aesthetics, they boast incredible tuning stability and an amazingly precise, modern 18:1 gear-ratio.
