All-Mahogany 'Special Run' Redondo
Slope-shouldered and big-bodied, the all-mahogany Fender Redondo player delivers a rich and commanding sound for when you need it the most.

Crafting the Redondo Player
Combining Mahogany back and sides with a mahogany top, this natural-looking beauty sounds just as good as it looks. Bursting with warm, earthy tones, this highly responsive will only improve over time, as the wood settles to your playstyle and delivers your own personal flair.
You’ll also find a cutaway in the body of the Redondo Player which offers easy reach of the higher frets – perfect for guitar solos and other adventurous styles of play.
The large body size of the Redondo Player gives it a rich, room-filling voice with optimised bracing ensuring a secure build while reducing mass and enhancing tone resonance.
A Mahogany neck is attached and features slim-taper C-shaped profile, which along with its satin finish makes for a comfortable, easy-to-play experience.
Fishman Electronics and Quality Hardware
Allowing you to plug in and play live is a Fishman preamp system. Finding your perfect tone is easy too thanks to the individually adjustable treble, bass and volume dials.
For added convenience, the Fender Redondo Player even has a built-in tuner so you can tune your guitar whenever you want, without having to take along a separate tuner.
A modern Viking style bridge offers great transfer of string vibration to the resonating solid Sitka Spruce top of the Redondo for improved tone. It also holds a compensated Graph Tech NuBone saddle which provides excellent intonation and works together with a matching NuBone nut to provide enhanced sustain.
