Ovangkol is also used for the back and sides for that beautifully natural look throughout.
Adding to that great aesthetic, the top, back and fingerboard are all bound while the soundhole boasts an abalone rosette.
Great Hardware
As with all the California Coast ukuleles, the Fender Rincon V2 features a no-tie bridge. While standard ukulele bridges require special knotting, the no-tie bridge allows you to just pull the strings through – extremely convenient.
Enhancing sustain while providing great transfer of vibration from the strings to the solid Ovangkol top, the Fender Rincon Ukulele features a bone saddle and matching nut.
Adding to the great looks of the Fender Rincon Tenor Ukulele is its fantastic Tele style headstock which holds four sealed nickel tuners providing precise and secure tuning.
Fishman Electronics
The Fender Rincon uke is fitted with a Fishman Kula pickup/preamp system so you can plug in and play live ‘n’ loud!
Built into the preamp is a volume knob for controlling the overall output level and a 3-band EQ system so you can individually adjust the bass, middle and treble frequencies.
An integrated tuner with bright display allows you to keep your ukulele perfectly in tune without having to carry around an extra tuner.
Making sure you’re never caught in a sticky situation on stage, a low battery indicator will let you know when it’s time to change the batteries so you can hit the stage with confidence!
