You still have that iconic double cutaway shape providing easy access to the upper frets.

However, new body contouring and smoothed edges that have all been shaped by hand offer you a more ergonomic and comfortable experience.

When designing the American Ultra Stratocaster, Fender didn't want to completely reinvent a legendary electric guitar.

The maple neck features a hand shaped modern "D" shaped neck which features the incredibly smooth Ultra Satin finish.

A traditional Rosewood fretboard is in place, and features Ultra Rolled edges for added playing comfort.

Ultra Noiseless Pickups

Three all-new American Ultra Noiseless Vintage Strat pickups are installed on the American Ultra Stratocaster.

S-1 Neck Pickup Versatility and More

Installed on the Master Volume control is a handy S-1 switch. With this switch engaged you can add the neck pickup to the first three switching positions.

This is a great way to boost your output and expand your tone and it's done with the push of a button.

You'll also appreciate the treble bleed circuit used by the Master Volume.

Most electric guitars lose their high end as you roll off the volume, leaving you with muddy, unrefined tone.

With the treble bleed circuit, the Fender American Ultra Stratocaster retains its crisp high end so you can enjoy incredible clarity even at low volumes.

Two tone controls are also on board; one for the neck and middle pickups and another for the bridge pickup, allowing you to add those finishing touches to your sound.

American Ultra Hardware

Fitted to the body of the Fender American Ultra Strat is a 2-point deluxe synchronised tremolo bridge.

Not only does this bridge provide great tuning stability and precise intonation, with the pop-in arm you have incredibly secure control for deep and dynamic performance.

Up on the headstock, you'll find deluxe locking tuners. These short-post tuners allow for super fast and easy re-stringing.

You can also lock in your tuning by just turning the wheel on the back of each tuning machine; no tools needed.
