I play bass in ‘The Soultones’ Soul function band.

Frontline 302 Telecaster copy.

What are the best 3 gigs you’ve ever been to?
Neil Young with Crazy Horse, supported by the Foo Fighters in Central Park, NYC. Donington Monsters of Rock 1994 featuring Aerosmith, Extreme, Pantera and a whole host of other cool bands, and Skunk Anansie at Rock City - support band was Muse.

Your favourite gear that you constantly use?
Dod Gonkulator FX13. It’s madness (not ‘the band’) its Incubus in a box. Love it!

Favourite quote from which movie?
"Too weird to live, to rare to die." - Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Current favourite amp/pedal?
Amp? AER Compact 60. Pedal? Line 6 Helix - its mind-blowingly good!

What was the first CD you ever bought?
Queen - The Miracle.

What is the coolest gig you have ever played?
Playing support to Lenny Kravitz at Sound Republic on Leicester Square back in 1999.

Musical weapon of choice?
Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray.

Who are three people or bands who have highly influenced you in music?
Flea, Billy Sheehan, and Jaco Pastorious.

In your opinion, the best all-time album is...?
Blood Sugar Sex Magik. It’s the reasons I do what I do. It sparked an interest in me to get in a band and play music.

If you could jam with any of your music heroes (dead or alive), who would it be?
Chad Smith, Tom Morello, and Mike Patton.

What’s your proudest moment?
Helping a few of my old bass guitar student aspire to much bigger things in life.

What’s the best thing about working at PMT?
Meeting so many amazing musicians new and old and giving them the best customer service we can offer. Getting excited over all the new gear that arrives in store on a daily basis.
