Top Notch Construction
As with all 1000-Series guitars, the ESP LTD MH-1000ET is designed to offer professional-players the ultimate in comfort and playability.
The body is carved from Mahogany with that familiar dual-cutaway design, which delivers a naturally rich tone, and is comfortable to play whether you're seated or standing.
In addition to this, the Maple neck features a Thin U profile, and a bound Rosewood fingerboard, which is shaped to allow fast and easy access to every available note.
EMG Humbuckers
When it comes to ESP guitars there's really only one pickup company that immediately springs to mind: EMG.
For the MH-1000ET that association is reinforced even more, as it sports the classic pairing of an EMG 81 and an EMG 85 - one of the most popular pickup duo's amongst metal players for the past four decades.
With the 81 sitting in the bridge position, you get a pickup that's perfect for working with high-volume overdriven/distorted signals, delivering a razor-sharp attack with incredible sustain.
Complimenting the 81 is a powerful 85 sitting at the neck - a pickup that combines a chunky low end with a fatter top end, for a more natural tone that's ideal for those extended-note guitar solos and string bends.
Evertune Bridge
The ESP LTD MH-1000ET gets the ET in its name from the innovative bridge system used in its construction.
EverTune constant tension bridge systems are designed to ensure that your guitar stays completely in tune (with perfect intonation across the fretboard) in nearly any condition.
