Seymour Duncan Pegasus and Sentient Humbuckers
Fitted into the guitar are two Humbucking Seymour Duncan Pickups designed to be versatile. The Seymour Duncan Pegasus in the bridge and the Seymour Duncan Sentient in the neck. The Pegasus offers an balanced fire with excellent snap, perfect for accurate string picking and mighty chord stabbing. The mids are present and with a tight bass, and the alnico V magnets give off a harmonic richness which compliments your trusted sound. The Sentient delivers sharp highs with a versatile lead sound producing a vintage output ideal for a huge range of music styles for the all-round musician.
The Push/Pull switch creates a range of tone possibilities; changing your humbucker over to single coil in an instant. This combination and with the tonal variation in the two pickups working as a pair, will give you a plethora of sounds and tone combinations making this a real performance instrument for the established performer.
Mahogany Body Sustain Excellence
The ESP Ltd H-1001 offers solid mahogany body and a maple through-body neck combo makes this guitar sustain and resonate indefinitely. Mahogany tonewood resonates a deep warmth that balances and offers great sustain, perfect for ever lasting notes. The body features a gorgeous quilted maple top finished in See Thru Green enhancing the look of this alien inspired instrument. The three-piece maple neck has a macassar ebony fingerboard installed with 24 extra jumbo frets making this neck a super fast fretting instrument with added comfort. The combination of mahogany and maple give a tight low end, prominent mid and crispy high.
Locking Tuners and Hipshot Bridge
The Hipshot bridge creates superb intonation, allowing each individual string to vibrate and keeping them stable, offering the guitarist confidence when performing. The string-through-body design provides amazing vibrations through to the mahogany body, adding to the ESP's overall sustain. The LTD designed Locking Tuners improve tuning stability, reducing string slippage and making restringing easier.
