The SG Standard features a pair of Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO pickups fitted.

These pickups produce that classic SG tone, easily recognisable with a wide range of sounds. Diversive and thick, great for raw blues-rock and defined metal sounds.

Cutting through the mix, the Classic PRO Pickups are ideal for every design of music.

Tonal Control

A three-way toggle lets you select one or the other pickup, or both pickups at the same time.

This offers you a score of different tones, with separate volume and tone controls.

You can mix up the tones, find an ideal or a set of perfect tones that you can use for your individual needs.

Quality Epiphone Hardware

To deliver fine stability, the Epiphone SG Standard features all-metal Nickel hardware.

Featured in the body of the guitar, the LockTone ABR Tune-o-matic Bridge and Stopbar tailpiece. This allows you to commit a fast setup and detailed intonation.

At the other end, on the headstock, you'll find a set of solid Grover Rotomatic machine heads 18:1 ratio.
