A Wine Red finish with gold hardware gives the Epiphone Riviera Custom P93 a classic Epiphone/Gibson vibe, modded with 3 single coil pickups for a biting tonal response.
The vintage tonality of a 60's hollowbody, upgraded with three P-90 pickups that really growl once you dial up the gain.
Three Alnico-V 'Dog Ear' P90 pickups, with individual tone control, serve as a nice middle ground between the growl and bite of a humbucker and thinner single coil tones. This Riviera Custom is a versatile semi-hollowbody that means business.
Originally introduced in the early '60s, the Riviera has served its time at the forefront of blues and jazz bands like many other semi acoustics from the Epiphone and Gibson lineup. Famous players include the likes of Otis Rush, Lou Reed and Nick Valensi, each adapting the Riviera to a wide range of genres and styles.
Hardware appointments include a Bigsby B70 tremolo, gold plating and parallelogram inlays which seal off a modern classic. If you want to stand out on stage and sound the part, this won't let you down!
