Classic Les Paul Tonewood Combo
In traditional Les Paul fashion, this guitar comes complete with a solid Mahogany body topped with a Maple cap.
This combination of woods delivers all of the warmth and sustain of Mahogany with the bright snappiness of Maple, overall delivering the kind of tone that's inspired millions over the decades.
Sleek and Comfortable Neck
Glued in to the body, you'll find an expertly-carved Mahogany neck with a SlimTaper "C" profile shape.
Not only does this neck fit perfectly into your hand whether you're playing hefty chords or big, bluesy solos, it also compliments the Mahogany body with a natural resonance and plenty of sustain.
This neck is capped with a bound Indian Laurel fingerboard, which not only looks great but also feels sublime under your fingers.
Vintage Tone
For the pickups on this guitar, Epiphone have opted to use a pair of Alnico Classic humbuckers.
These pickups are inspired by the much-loved PAF's of yesteryear, but thanks to the Alnico 5 magnets within them produce a nice and powerful sound.
In addition to this, each Volume control features a push/pull coil splitting function, allowing you to change the output of each pickup into single coil mode for a wide array of versatile sound options.
Pro-Level Hardware
To wrap things up, this awesome guitar has been fitted with a host of incredible hardware that comes together for each time you pick it up.
This hardware setup comprises of a LockTone ABR Bridge and Stopbar tailpiece, a set of Grover Rotomatic tuning machines (with an 18:1 ratio), and a Graph Tech nut.
All of this ahrdware comes together to deliver a combination of pin-point intonation, maximum resonance, and superior levels of tuning stability.
