Rich Overdrive
The Electro-Harmonix OD Glove can give you everything from fierce, high-gain distortion, tight overdrive or mild crunch all the way to a perfect clean sound for a great clean-boost.
By using MOSFET semi-conductors to handle the clipping, the OD Glove produces sound that is extremely harmonically rich.
Complete Control
The simplicity of this pedal makes it easy to use while its powerful tone gives you the great guitar sounds you’ve dreamed of. Ranging from completely clean to completely distorted you’re sure to find the perfect level of overdrive for your tastes and playing style.
On the face of the OD Glove pedal you have three knobs, a switch and the activation footswitch.
First there’s the volume control knob for you to adjust the output level of the OD Glove.
Then there’s the tone knob you can use to control the roll off of the high end frequencies. When fully clockwise you’ll get the full tonal range of the overdrive. Having the tone knob fully anti-clockwise will result in the high frequencies being rolled off.
The gain control allows you to manage the amount of input gain and overdrive. The further clockwise you go the more distorted your tone gets; from squeaky clean to fiercely distorted.
Next there’s the mid switch, or the tone shift switch. This switch allows you to control the mid-frequency emphasis of the tone knob. Switching it on gives your sound a fuller mid-range that really packs a punch.
Two Great “Feels”
A switch located inside the OD Glove overdrive allows you to adjust the “feel” of the pedal by altering the voltage.
Switched to the right, the OD glove pedal will be in the 9v mode resulting in a slightly compressed, tube power amp sound.
Alternatively, if you switch it to the left the OD Glove overdrive pedal automatically adjusts the internal voltage to 18v, producing a tighter, more focused sound.

The true bypass means that it doesn’t colour your signal at all when disengaged and it work perfectly in your effects chain.
