Working great for your electric guitar, bass or keys, this overdrive and distortion pedal is packed with features and extremely versatile.

Two Modes of Operation
You can use the Nano Overlord pedal in two distinct modes; Normal and Boost.
When using the Normal mode, you have three amp-like JFET gain stages for low to medium gain sounds.
Switch over to Boost mode and you get a classic pedal-style overdrive circuit before the JFET stages for increased distortion.
Furthermore, the Boost mode can be engaged in two ways. There's a button on the pedal you can push to get it on. Alternatively, you can connect a footswitch for hands-free Boost mode toggling.
Despite being a nano-sized compact overdrive and distortion pedal, the Operation Overlord is packed with features to give you great control over your sound.
A series of easy-to-use controls are on board allowing you to really shape your output.
First, there's the self-explanatory volume and gain knobs. Turn the volume knob clockwise to increase the output level. Similarly, by turning the gain knob clockwise you increase the amount of input gain and the amount of overdrive and distortion in your sound.
A dry mix knob is also on hand which allows you to add in more of your unaltered signal. Turned all the way left, you get a completely wet signal with the overdrive effect on.
Turn the dry knob to the right and you'll start adding more of your dry, untouched signal to the mix.
This feature is great for retaining the low end of your tone and the individual character of your instrument. You'll find this especially useful if you're playing keys or bass or stacking the Nano Overlord pedal with other drive pedals or playing through an overdriven amp with your electric guitar.
Last but not least you'll find three-band EQ onboard so you can really sculpt your output with individual bass, mid and treble controls.
Three Different Input Options
Making this overdrive and distortion pedal even more versatile is its three input options.
On the top right corner of the Electro-Harmonix Nano Operation Overlord you'll find an input level switch.
You can use this to set the right gain level for a variety of instruments.
For low-level instruments such as a single-coil electric guitar or vintage electric piano you're best using the HI option. Switch it to the NORM option for humbucker guitars, modern keyboards and bass guitars. For high output instruments such as synthesizers and boosted guitars then you can select the LO setting.
Big Sound, Small Pedal
Despite its huge distortion and overdrive sounds, the new Operation Overlord pedal is very compact, fitting nicely on your pedal board.
Featuring a buffered bypass mode, a slew of controls and variable input levels, this is a fantastically versatile pedal too.
Buy the Electro-Harmonix Nano Operation Overlord pedal for great overdrive and distortion sounds which you can shape to your own personal preference.
