User Friendly Controls
As well as the usual vibe controls, The Depth V2 features controls for "Voice" and "Throb", giving you even more of a say in what the pedal does.
- Voice adjusts the midrange focus of the pedal, perfect for tailoring the output to your particular instrument. Whether you want your sound to be fuller, or thinner, this is the control to use
- The Throb knob adds plenty of subharmonic low-end pulse to the vibrato signal, making it perfect for synths and bass guitars, or even with a little bit of dirt on the neck pickup of a guitar!
Classic Optical Vibe Effect
With the "Intensity" and "Rate" controls at modest settings, you can easily dial-in that classic vibe sound, but feel free to dive in head-first and explore the briney deeps for those smooth, ultra-slow warbles, and sharp, speedy bursts! Not only that, but the Level control allows you to make up for that perceived "loss of signal" that seems to plague vibrato units, and if that isn't enough you can even use an 18v power source to give yourself even more headroom and sparkle!
