Versatile
The circuitry of this little marvel lets you easily create an array of ethereal, ambient soundscapes and offer you perfect sounding delays of up to 1.5 seconds in length WITHOUT any nasty self-oscillation.
Although listed as a Guitar Pedal, the Dispatch Master has been used throughout the world by proponents of a whole spectrum of live musical instruments, and can produce anything from thick swathes of reverb and delay, to a quick chicken-pickin' slapback, or even just a tiny little bit of room sound to a dry signal.
Using Both Effects Together
To make use of both the Delay and Reverb effects at the same time, simply adjust the controls to taste.
- Mix is your wet/dry blend, which adjusts the overall level of the affected signal
- Time sets the delay time from 9ms to 1500ms (1.5 seconds)
- Reverb controls the amount of reverb, with fully clockwise giving you the maximum amount
- Repeats controls the regeneration of the dry signal - set to maximum for infinate repeats without runaway self-oscillation!
Use As A Single Effect Only!
Setting your pedal up as a Delay only, couldn't be easier. Simply turn the Reverb control all the way down to 0, and adjust the other controls accordingly.
If you want to use it as a Reverb only, simply reduce the Time and Repeats controls down to 0, and adjust Reverb and Mix accordingly. When in Reverb Only mode, the Repeats control is used to adjust the decay, depth, and tonal quality of the effect!
