With the Darkglass AlphaOmega Ultra AUX, Darkglass Electronics are once-again stretching the envelope of what a bass preamp is capable of.

Analogue Tone, Digital Precision

Featuring two distinct distortion circuits (Alpha and Omega), an extremely high dynamic range, six-band graphic EQ, dedicated headphone output, and balanced direct output with switchable digital IR cabinet emulation, this incredible pedal is the complete tool for the modern bassist.

Two Distortion Circuits

Originally designed in line with prog-metal bassplayer John Stockton's requirements, the two circuits in this pedal (Alpha and Omega) offer an incredibly versatile and distinctive range of tones.

The controls on this pedal allow you to use either circuit fully, a balanced blend of them both, or even bypass them both completely!

Your sound can be further shaped via the EQ, and via the Bite and Growl switches, giving you a whole world of bass distortion to explore.

Virtual Cabinet Function

Whether you're in a prestigious recording studio, or plugged into your own home setup,  the Virtual Cabinet function will ensure you get a studio-grade sound every time.

This function will allow you to add an incredibly accurate representation of your favourite cab's character, and this setting can be changed easily via the Darkglass Suite.

Darkglass Suite

Darkglass Suite is a software package that's been developed for both Mac and PC users, offering a free, easy to use platform for experimenting with your favourite cab configurations.

Simply connect your pedal to your computer via USB cable, open up Darkglass Suite and experiment with the settings til you have your perfect output.

Just remember: the Cabinet Simulation feature is fully switchable on the Direct Output socket, but is always-on for the Headphone socket.

Brand New Feature

In taking the ultra-versatile AlphaOmega a step further, Darkglass electronics are quite clearly beginning a brand new era in bass preamps.

With the addition a brand new AUX input, this pedal is perfect for for practicing along to backing tracks, especially when used with a set of headphones.
