Since their founding in 1997, Cordoba have sought to guide the evolution of the nylon string guitar, blending traditional craftsmanship of the early master luthiers with more modern techniques and developments. The 12 Natural is a prime example of this vision, and belongs within their Fusion series of nylon-string modern classical guitars.
Combines traditional Spanish guitar construction with a modern functionality
Cordoba's Fusion series is a line of high-quality crossover/hybrid style nylon string guitars that have been specially designed to play and feel like steel string acoustics. They feature thinner necks than the more traditional Spanish-style "Classical" guitars and a radiused fingerboard to give you a steel-string feel and level of playability.
In addition to the gorgeous domed soundboard and fan bracing patterned construction, the 12 Natural features an under-saddle Fishman pickup with Fishman Presys preamp allowing you to accurately project your sound via PA system or acoustic amp. It comes complete with a solid European spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a hand-inlaid maple and rosewood ring rosette, and a 3-ply maple & ebony top purfling.
This guitar comes complete with a deluxe Cordoba gig bag.
