Responsibly Sourced Materials

As mentioned above, this awesome guitar has been crafted with a Blackwood back and sides, along with a Solid Bunya top piece - both of which are responsibly sourced tonewoods, and native to Australia.

With the Bunya top piece we have one of Cole Clark's most popular wood choices, and one that's perfect for harder strummers and percussive players. If you want that signature Cole Clark sound, chances are it's a Bunya top piece you need.

In addition to the Bunya top, the Australian Blackwood back and sides offers a combination of beautiful aesthetics and an incredible voice - in fact, many people liken the voice of Blackwood to that of its close cousin, Koa.

Spanish Heel Join

Whilst most modern acoustic guitars opt for a simple dovetail join, or even a bolt-on neck, Cole Clark guitars all feature something a little different: a Spanish Heel.

With this type of join the neck is attached to the guitar's face all the way to the sound hole, which results in a unique sound, and increased natural sustain.

Innovative Electronics System

For the pickup systems on their guitars, Cole Clark have designed what many people describe as the most natural-sounding acoustic pickup available.

This system utilises a unique design that eliminates the dreaded piezo "quack", with six loaded under-sandle piezos, a face sensor, and a shelved condenser mic - a 3-way pickup system that covers the entire frequency range, for a natural-sounding tone.

In addition to this, this particular guitar is also equipped with a bridge position humbucker pickup, with its own Tone and Volume controls, opening up a whole new range of sounds to you.

There are two output sockets on this guitar too, allowing you to plug the humbucker directly into an electric guitar amp, whilst the acoustic system goes to a mixing desk or an acosutic amp.
