The British Drum Company Maverick Snare features a 10 ply north American maple shell to deliver a smooth warm tone.
Characterised by its even top and mid frequency response, maple provides a lusciously warm low end.
Offering a great multipurpose tone, the maple Maverick snare produces a rich warmth with a hint of brightness that reacts effortlessly to deliver the projection needed to cut through any musical situation.

30 Degree Edges

Pressed To Perfection
Lovingly handcrafted in the North West of England, all of British Drum Co's drums are made to the highest standards.
Whereas many drum companies utilise heat in their shell building, British Drum Co exclusively use a cold press moulding process to create their drums.
The plies of the Maverick Snare are painstakingly hand cut to precise sizes, glued and placed into the mould where they are then pressed at room temperature.
The result is a drum shell with exceptional structural integrity and a wide tonal range.
Classic Drum Styling
Described by the British Drum Company as the "epitome of classic drum styling", the Maverick snare has a stunningly sophisticated look.
The 100% maple shell has an outer veneer of eucalyptus to provide a beautifully rich natural grained aesthetic.
Adorned with drum co' s art deco style palladium lugs and strainer, the shell is framed with 2.3mm triple flanged hoops and fitted with brass snare wires and Remo USA drumheads.
