Calling all guitar geeks, The London International Guitar Show returns to Kempton Park Racecourse Exhibition Centre on Sunday 27th October 2019 from 10am – 4.30pm. So what can you expect from this year’s event?
This year’s exciting guitar show is bigger and better than ever! Hosted by the good folks at Northern Guitar Shows Ltd, their twenty years of guitar event experience will certainly open your eyes to the huge world of all things Guitar.
What should I expect this year?
In exchange for your affordable entrance fee, you will have to opportunity to interact with over 140 exhibitors and counting. The London International Guitar Show promises to bring together every corner of the guitar world in one spectacle of a show. This is a perfect opportunity for you to find something truly unique to add to your collection. With new, vintage and pre-owned guitars, amps and pedals you will be able to buy, trade and sell. You can do this from the large array of retailers, distributors, manufacturers, luthiers, boutique makers and private collectors. Even if you are not in the market for something new, you will certainly walk away with a better understanding of your gear. You will also have an idea of what products would better your rig.
The London International Guitar Show also offers workshops, demonstrations and live music throughout the day. These featured areas bring together some of the industry’s most respected names. Vintage Guitar will be presenting intimate performances from acoustic wizard, Rory Evans; former Stones Roses and Asia guitarist Aziz Ibrahim Esq. will be demonstrating the mastery of his knowledge in multiple genres. Hamstead Soundworks will features session supremo and YouTube star Mike Bradley and his band. Finally, The Huers will be performing their catalogue of incredible songs. Don't miss their crystal harmonies through the phenomenal PA system provided by BOSE professional.
The London International Guitar Show is not just a showcase of eye-candy, it’s a celebration of guitar lovers and the gear that creates the sounds of our musical heroes.
Who else will be there?
A special feature of this year’s event will be a classic guitar display curated by David Plues. David Plues is a credited author of ‘Burst Believers IV, with original ‘Bursts, Goldtops, 335s and more from the golden era of vintage guitars.
What are my transport options?
As well as your affordable entrance fee, the location offers free parking for all. Additionally, it offers good transport links including proximity to the motorways and even a railway station in the venue grounds. If you are travelling from a long-distance, you can benefit from the large range of reasonably priced accommodation nearby.
How can I get admission?
For public admission it will be just £12 (pay on the door) with accompanied under-12's free.
