As a dreadnought style guitar, the Washburn HD10S boasts the most popular acoustic guitar body type.
Due to its size and shape, the Washburn HD10S dreadnought is able to produce a great range of tones with strong low end and great projection.
For the top, solid Sitka Spruce has been used. Due to its strength and versatility, Spruce is the most popular top wood for acoustic guitars.
What's more, since it is solid, its tone will get even better over time. The more you play the Washburn HD10S, the better it gets!
Cathedral peak scalloped bracing strengthens the build while enhancing resonance and sustain.
Great Features
The back, sides and neck of the Washburn HD10S are made from Mahogany, with its darker hue presenting a gorgeous visual contrast to the lighter coloured solid Spruce top.
Atop the neck is a highly playable Ovangkol fretboard with simple dot inlays for a classic appearance.
On the body, you'll find a custom rosette along with a Washburn style tortoise pickguard for unique visuals.
Up on the headstock are die-cast tuners providing quick, easy and precise tuning.
