The Squier Classic Vibe 60s Mustang Bass Olympic White may be dimunitive compared to it's J-Bass and P-Bass counterparts, but it's great fun to play, and still packs a hell of a punch.

1960s-Inspired
During the 1960s Fender released their first ever "Student" guitar and bass: the legendary Mustangs.
These smaller, short-scale models, despite being aimed at younger players, soon found favour amongst alternative and indie rock players the world over.
Ready to Rock
Due to the shorter scale neck, and smaller, off-set body, this electric bass guitar is incredibly comfortable to play, whatever your size.
The shorter scale build results in less string tension, meaning less hand fatigue when you play. Combine this with the off-set Nato body, and you have a bass that can be played with ease, whether you're seated or standing.
To complete the throw-back feel, Squier have opted for a classic Olympic White finish, with a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, and even 1960s-inspired headstock markings.
Thunderous Bass Tones
Like the P-Bass before it, the original Mustang bass came equipped with a specially-voiced Split Coil pickup, designed to make the most out of its shorter-scale design.
For this Classic Vibe 60s Mustang Bass, Squier have equipped a punchy, Fender-designed Split Coil pickup.
