B-Stock is in full working order and is protected by a standard manufacturers warranty as if you are buying the A-Grade equivalent.
B-Stock may be ex-display, opened for demonstration, returned by a customer, refurbished, or have accessories or software missing e.g. gig-bag, manuals etc. There may also be signs of use including minor wear and damage, and it may not come in the original packaging. Designed to work with the Blackstar ID:Series range of guitar amps only.The FS-10 is a multi-function foot controller. It allows access to all 128 patches plus the tuner function. It operates in three modes:
Patch Mode
This mode allows you to switch between the three banks of four patches accessible on the front panel of the amp. Plus access to the tuner function and the ability to change to the other modes.
Effects mode
This offers individual switching of the effects within a patch, operating more like traditional effects pedals. In this mode the fourth switch is used to control the tap time function. 8.
Navigation mode
Enables access to the complete set of 128 patches stored on the amp. These can be stepped through one at a time, or in banks. Whilst in this mode you can also store patches.

Collection

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
*Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
- Software & Media - Any software or media that has been opened or registered via physical or digital means.
- Any product containing a valve, e.g valve amps are only covered for 90 days from purchase.

Online Orders
If you and your new item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT Experts either by phone or email to return your item or organise an exchange for something more suitable.
Store Orders
If you've changed your mind about something you bought in-store, bring it back within 14 days of purchase and we'll be happy to exchange it for another product, a gift card or store credit.
