Exquisite Tonewoods
The all-mahogany construction of each of the Alvarez MGA66ESHB is 100% solid tonewood, in keeping with all other Masterwork series guitars. This helps the guitar to produce a harmonically rich voice with plenty of warm overtones, that's ideal for folk and traditional blues players alike.
Add to this the FST2 Forward Shifted bracing system, and you have a guitar that projects its voice incredibly well, making it ideal for both live performances and studio work alike.
Premium Electronics
Complimenting the natural sound of the tonewoods is a fantastic LR Baggs Element pickup and StagePro EQ preamp system. These two come together to help accurately recreate your guitar's natural sound for amplification via an acoustic amp or PA system.
