- High Quality Construction - for this guitar, Alvarez have opted for a pairing of Solid A+ Sitka Spruce with a Mahogany back and sides. Spruce's bright, vibrant voice is coloured with a rich array of harmonic overtones from the Mahogany, resulting in a well-balanced and well-projected voice
- Forward Shifted Bracing - to further enhance the guitar's voice, the Alvarez AD60SHB is fitted with an FST2 Forward Shifted, Scalloped X-Bracing system. This particular type of bracing allows the guitar's top wood to resonate more freely than a standard bracing, resulting in much stronger and clearer bass frequencies, and much better voice projection.
