Built In Digital Effects
If you're looking to add digital effects to your arsenal, but your budget doesn't quite cover buying individual pedals yet, don't worry: the Albion AG80DFX comes complete with a bunch of effects of its own!
Featuring 16 on-board digital effects, including preset Delay, Reverb, Chorus, Flange, and Phase (not to mention the amp's own Overdrive channel) along with Level and Mix controls to blend them into your sound, this amp could make the ideal starting point on your guitar effects journey.
Hybrid Circuitry
With it's unique high-voltage FET and Valve preamp design, and a valve-type response solid-state power amp, the Albion AG80DFX produces a powerful and diverse range of sounds.
You can shape your tone further with the 3-band on-board EQ, and even add in as much or as little of the digital solid state reverb as you want to!
With the right settings you can hear all of their superb warmth, clarity, punch, and attack - and let's not forget that teeth-rattling overdrive. Once played you will agree that you'll be pushed to find a better tonal quality in any other amp of this class.
Ideal in Any Situation
Whilst this amp may well be loud enough to perform live with, the inclusion of a headphone socket also makes it ideal for home practice time. Add to that the on-board AUX In socket, and you have an amp that will allow you to quietly jam along to your favourite tracks.
As with other amplifiers in the Albion AG range, the AG80DFX is rather lightweight, and has a relatively small stage footprint. These two features alone make it ideal for life on the road, but when you factor in the Speaker Out socket on the rear panel (ideal for plugging into an 8-16 Ohm cabinet) you'll realise that it's perfect for the job.
