Akai have taken onboard the feedback of thousands of music producers that fell in love with the original MPD series. The Akai MPD232 now re-affirms itself as the most fully-functional line of pad controllers available, inheriting the classic 16 MPC drum pads with new RGB backlights. 4 pad banks enable up to 64 sounds to be triggered from the MPD232, with 8 Q-Link faders, 8 knobs, 8 buttons and an additional 3 Control banks for expansive DAW control. A brand new 32-step sequencer makes it even easier to programme precise drum loops you can import directly into your DAW or for a live show.
iOS compatibility with your tablet and smartphone is now possible using the optional Camera Connection Kit, and the Akai MPD232 comes with 30 presets for instant mapping to FL Studio, Battery, Logic, Reason, and all major DAWs.
