EXCELLENT
I was recommended PMT by my guitar instructor and was and dealt with mike who was the manager ,it was my first guitar I have ever bought and was blown away by the ships set up , very friendly and very relaxed atmosphere , I did explain my budget at the start but was I shown guitars that were close and way below my budget so I never felt that it was about a sale....just finding me the correct guitar, I was left alone to decide and with a bit of much needed guidance I've found my perfect first guitar and would highly recommended PMT and mike in particular Thanks for great experience Gary Douglas

Overview

Everything from the body size, shape and tonewoods of the Left-Handed Taylor 114E LH place it perfectly for singer songwriters after a premium or exotic instrument on a reasonable budget.

The Grand Auditorium body shape sports a slightly narrower waist than its bigger brother, the Dreadnought, and as a result it offers an extra splash of top-end tone across the spectrum. As well as sitting a bit more comfortably in your lap, this makes it ideal for robust flatpicking and rhythmic strumming. The GA’s well-defined midrange helps maintain the balance and clarity, yet with enough power on the top and bottom for medium-strength strummers and flatpickers to let loose.

The 114e LH also features a layered Sapele back & side wood combination with a Sitka Spruce top, which is lightweight but still offers enough rigidity for a snappy, bright tone and also offers extra resilience to fluctuating climate conditions. So for the travelling singer-songwriter moving from studio to studio, the 114E will stay true in its tuning and playability.

Standard appointments on the 114E Left-Handed model include an ebony fretboard, Forward Shifted Pattern X-Bracing, and ES-2 electronic pickup which all help to carry an uncompromising tone in a live performance setting. Thanks to a tough gloss varnished finish and stunning natural wood grains, the Taylor 100 series is priced affordably but really gives the feel and playability of a premium instrument with the craftsmanship that have made Taylor a household name in the world of Acoustic guitars.

The 100 series also comes with a deluxe Taylor Gig Bag for added protection on the move or in storage.
