You can reserve and collect any in stock items from one of PMTs ten award-winning superstores.
6 EASY STEPS TO USING RESERVE AND COLLECT WITH PMT
1. Browse and Select your Items
Using the 'Buy or Reserve' button to add items to your shopping bag.
2. Proceed to checkout
And complete the required customer information form.
3. Select "store collection" shipping method option
Then select the store location you wish to collect your ordered items from.
Only stores with items in stock will be displayed as a reserve and collect location.
4. Confirmation Process and Order Number
You will receive an email and order number that you must present upon collecting your item.
Please check the information is correct and ensure you have selected the appropriate store.
5.Your item is now reserved
Once reserved your item will be available to collect within one working hour.
Your selected item is held for you in the designated store until the end of the next working day. If you do not collect within the required time frame your reserve and collect order will be cancelled and the items will be designated to other orders or put back into stock.
6. Collect in-store & Pay
Take your order number email to your selected store, where you will be able to pay for and collect your items.
Please note that we do not take any payment in advance for reserve and collect transactions.
All reserve and collect orders are paid for in full at point of store collection.
This includes issuing purchase receipt and any product warranty.
