Precision crafted from a Swamp Ash body and making great use of USA Custom Shop-designed pickups, the Banshee Elite-6 is a screaming beast.
SuperChrger Mach-6 Pickups
SuperCharger Mach pickups have been designed to be loud and open and are perfect or the Schecter Banshee Elite series.
Huge ¼” nickel plated carbon steel pole pieces capture detailed nuances and articulation, delivering clear, strong mids while driving your amp’s front end when required.
Unique bi-lateral construction allows the SuperCharger Mach-6 pickups to produce a thick and fluid tone, accommodation both single notes and complex chords alike.
Giving you a distinct blend of power and definition, these USA Custom Shop-designed pickups deliver on all fronts.
Two knobs; one for volume, one for tone and a 5-way MegaSwitch allow you to fine tune the overalls sound of your Banshee Elite-6, so you can tailor your tone to exacting requirements.
Schecter Quality Craftsmanship
Swamp Ash has been selected for the body due to it being extremely lightweight; this means you can play better for longer, focusing on your performance without worrying about discomfort.
Neck-through construction of the guitar with Schecters famed Ultra Access gives you incredible reach of the higher frets thanks the small, slim heel with an incredible smooth finish.
The body has a deep double horn design further enhancing reach of the upper frets allowing for easy access right up to the 24th and final fret. The frets are X-Jumbo sized for further ease of playing.
Stainless steel frets provide a significantly improved, and smoother playing experience and compared to regular frets they’re nigh on indestructible – no matter how hard you play it’ll be a long, long time before you begin to see any wear in these frets.
The ultra thin ‘C’ shape of the neck adds an extra level of comfort while playing and the compound radius gives you great, low action bends without fretting out. T
Providing a beautifully distinctive look, the neck is constructed from Maple and Walnut while the fretboard is Ebony and features Mother of Pearl Offset and Reverse dots inlays with brass circles.
Black Chrome Hardware
A Hipshot hardtail bridge with string through body design holds your strings perfectly aligned and in intonated, even after extreme bends.
Schecter locking tuners are found at the headstock, allowing for quick and precise tuning that is extremely stable.
You’ll also find at the top of the neck, that Schecter have installed a Graph Tech XL Black TUSQ nut.
TUSQ is a marvellous material that is precision engineered under high heat and pressure to enhance the frequencies that remain in the guitar strings, resulting in fantastic sustain. It is also permanently lubricated so you don’t have to worry about future touch ups.
To finish it off, the Banshee Elite-6 features Maple binding around the body to ensure awesome protection while adding extra visual flavour to this already gorgeous guitar.
