Clear, Directional Audio
With a supercardioid polar pattern, the VideoMic GO is very directional, picking up the audio you want from the front and sides while rejecting sound from 150-degrees to the rear.
This means you get great audio from your subject while isolating it from all the unwanted and distracting background noise.
Integrated Shock Mount
The Rode VideoMic GO also comes with a Rycote Lyre shockmount so you can attach it directly to your camera while it isolates the microphone, eliminating the bumps and vibrations that would normally cause a lot of unwanted noise on your recording.
Formed from a single piece of durable thermoplastic, the Lyre is far superior to traditional elastic shock mounts with improved acoustic suspension and it will never wear out.
