    Handbuilt in Petaluma, California, the Mesa Boogie LoneStar Special is a 1x12" combo amp capable of meeting any guitarists' demands from a valve tube monster. Beautiful Class A tone oozes from every output on the Lone Star Special, giving you two independent channels, each of which lets you assign one, two, or all four EL84 output tubes for 5, 15, or 30-watt power - you can call up full power for plenty of clean headroom on one channel while assigning lower power to the other for creamy overdrive! Each channel offers a full range of EQ, gain, master volume, and reverb controls, so you get complete control. Truly seductive Reverb includes separate depth controls for each channel plus a unique voicing feature that switches between glowing amber warmth and a brilliant springy halo. This Lone Star is light on weight, but heavy on personality. With its fabulously expressive and versatile pre-amp, plus the vintage mojo of EL-84s running pure Class A - and you've got a new classic amp.
