5-pin MIDI to Lightning hub compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod music creation apps.
As mobile interfaces go, none come much more straightforward than the Korg PlugKey. Via 5-pin MIDI, you can connect almost any keyboard to your iOS device, and start playing a massive range of audio apps. Connection to your device is simple with the Lightning connector, which ensures latency-free data transfer between your devices.
A pair of studio-quality 1/4" Jack outputs enable you to integrate PlugKey with some studio monitors, speakers, or a mixing desk for live or studio usage. A 1/8" mini-jack headphone output makes music creation easy in transport. Furthermore, you can charge your iOS device while in use, via a microUSB cable into the PlugKey (sold separately).
Included, Korg have included two app bundles that enable you to start creating music out the box. KORG Module LE is a high-quality sound module app equipped with a pro-level sound library that includes a high-capacity piano sound module. KORG Gadget LE is a music production app that contains numerous synthesizers and drum machines with serious sound design potential.
