The Ibanez Iron Label FRIX6FEAH has been designed with a Nitro Wizard neck; road-tested for durability and made to perfection with Ibanez’s years of experience and expertise in guitar-making. The Nitro Wizard neck is made to exacting specifications resulting in an ultra-thin and ultra-playable size and shape allowing you to play quickly and accurately; perfect for playing hard rock and metal.
With an Ash top, mahogany body, bound ebony fretboard and a neck made of maple and bubinga – Ibanez have only used the best quality, top choice wood to craft this exquisite electric guitar, with each type of wood carefully selected to ensure you get the highest levels of playability and tone.
Epic Electronics
Giving the Ibanez FRIX6FEAH electric guitar it’s howling roar, EMG active, ceramic pickups are used. With an EMG 60 neck pick up packing a powerful punch with boosted mids, big lows and fat highs and an EMG 81 as the bridge picking up providing detailed intensity with incredible high end cut and long, smooth sustain.
The FRIX6FEAH features a three-way pickup selector and a volume knob for quick and easy tone and volume control when you’re playing.
A kill switch is also present on the body of the Iron Label FRIX6FEAH which you can utilise for cool stuttering and cut off effects to add that extra dynamic to your playing or simply as a quick shut off should you need it.
Hardcore Hardware
With a smooth surface designed to maximise comfort for the player, the Gibraltar Standard II is a simple fixed bridge, designed to unify with the guitar’s body and provides the best transfer of each string’s vibration.
Heavy duty machine heads keep your strings precisely in tune and all of the hardware on the Iron Label FRIX6FEAH is black to complete the sleek, hard-rocking look synonymous with the Ibanez Iron Label serie and they look great against the charcoal stained flat finish.
