Designed by legendary synth guru Yves Usson - The Arturia Minibrute SE is a revolutionary analogue synthesizer that combines a compact, easy-to-use interface with raw analogue power and warmth that adds a touch of class to your production or live show. Arturia have built the Minibrute SE with a clear goal in mind and boy have they achieved - a brushed aluminium finish and wood side panels give it presence and a vintage feel but without the reliability issues with old analogue models. Whilst virtual synths can be too complicated with too many menus, the MiniBrute SE breaks down the sound creation process and makes it a truly fun and absorbing experience to create huge basslines, screaming leads, outstanding arpeggios and sound FX. CV and MIDI connectivity on the rear of the back panel allow you to integrate the Minibrute with your pre-existing studio gear and use it as part of a modular hardware system. An auxillary input allows you to process any external sound through MiniBrute’s filter, VCA and Brute Factor circuit. MiniBrute can be used as an analog powerhouse for adding warmth, grit and filter effects to drums, guitars, vocals, and more. It will alternatively generate automatic basslines from percussive sounds by switching the Gate source selector to audio.
