Excellent Birmingham store service - Dave A****
I was greeted by a chap called Dave and i explained i was interested in buying another guitar, a Fender Stratocaster to be precise. I explained i wanted to try a few options and in particular i was attracted to flashy looking guitars. I selected several to play and Dave took me to a practice room where i spent a couple of hours playing different guitars. His knowledge was excellent and he was very patient. Dave listened to what i wanted as a musician and provided the right equipment when i needed it followed by advice on the differences between each one. I settled on a very good guitar and a couple of pedals. If you are going to buy from PMT, GO TO THE BIRMINGHAM STORE.

Overview

Remo's original Weatherking drumheads have set the industry standard. Remo was the first to use Mylar®*, a polyester film made by DuPont, to create drumheads that were unusually durable, inexpensive, and weather-resistant, all the while providing previously unattainable pitch, tone and consistency. Their full rich, tones have made these classic heads the drumhead standard since their 1957 introduction. The three original Weatherking drumheads are Diplomat™, Ambassador™, and Emperor™.

The Clear Diplomat® is Remo’s brightest, most open sounding head due to its single layer of 7.5-mil Mylar® film. They’re known for their bright tones, resonance, and sustain and as resonant (bottom) heads opening up the sound of tom-toms.
